Altru-Activism
This is conscious service from the inside out. One that is rooted in self-remembrance & devoted to collective coherence. Transformative & restorative justice all the way down to the root. This is my offer to you; a minimal footprint/low-consumption path to activating your internal power grid, so that you may be a source of energy, community, creativity, connection, healing, peace, abundance, and much more, for yourself and for others. The world we’re calling in won’t come alive until it’s awakened from within. Altru-Activism is the container of my practice, which includes:

  • Contemplative Fitness Coaching & Guidance
This is essentially resistance training. Possibly one of the more powerful yet, most avoided forms of resistance in our current time. I approach contemplation/meditation practice the same way one would approach physical fitness, combining traditional and contemporary techniques for an informed & results-based practice. Strengthen your ability to witness what is occurring in the vast space of consciousness, but always anchor in the form of sensations. In this way, one is refining the capacity to concentrate & gain insight into the nature of being. Meditation is not just cross legged, eyes closed, on a cushion; it’s a way of orienting the mind towards moment-to-moment present awareness, which brings the practice to life. This has a way of improving all other aspects of one’s life, so I consider it instrumental for all human endeavors.

  • Spiritual Support
When we approach our experience intentionally, life becomes ritual. Whatever life circumstance you are navigating, this work can be helpful for regulation & deeper connection. I often turn to the simplicity of turning any moment into an intentional container using whatever is available. It could be a combination of mantras, breath work, prayer, religious practice, visual/vocal invocations, guided meditations, holding a relic or devotional object, using scents or texture, alter setting, etc. These tools and simple actions help us tend to the unseen, mark the sacred amongst the ordinary, & to make meaning out of life. We can also explore your ancestral lineage to incorporate any tools or traditions that may hold significance for you. Intentional cleansing practices have been helpful in my life to release stagnant energy, heavy emotions, stress, and old patterns while also inviting in a renewed sense clarity, balance, protection, and/or peace. I offer this with gratitude and reverence.

  • Sacred Space Holding / Intuitive Reflection
This is the practice of being fully present with yourself without fixing, analyzing, or directing, which can facilitate connection, curiosity, safety, & spaciousness. Rooted in presence, subtle energetic sensing, and open dialogue, we tune in to what’s alive beneath the surface. This work supports connection to your own intuition, helping you integrate into a state of clarity. In a world that often rushes to solve or perform, just being witnessed and reflected without judgment can be helpful, and sometimes transformative. This is presence in a way that honors your pace, your truth, and your journey. Its impact can soften defenses, clarify inner knowing, and open the door to natural unfolding. I work closely with stillness and silence; they are powerful and benevolent tools.

  • Processing & Decoupling
Explore the subconscious. This is where patterns, emotions, memories, & limiting beliefs are often held beneath conscious awareness. Through presence-based exploration & emotional release, one can begin to unwind past experiences stored in the nervous system & in the physical body. This work invites one to move beyond performative efforts into the heart of healing work. Rooted in historical awareness, accountability, & traditional healing frameworks, this practice also explores how human-made systems shape our inner space & collective structures. Through a combination of facilitated dialogue & somatic reflection, we examine the ways unresolved pain, whether personal, communal, or historical, shows up in our relationships, institutions, families, occupation, etc. This practice has yielded great insights and healing in my life.
  • Crisis Response & Mutual Aid
With 12+ years of experience as a Bachelor’s level Social Worker in a variety of roles, I offer grounded, trauma-informed support in moments of rupture, overwhelm, or conflict. Whether interpersonal, physical, mental, or spiritual in nature, this work creates space for calm, clear, & compassionate navigation through high-intensity situations. This work is about creating a moments for people to orient themselves or be guided back to stability, autonomy, and dignity. The most important part of this work for me is discernment & knowing the appropriate channels of support to provide.

  • Nature Integration Work
Natural experiences can be catalysts for deep insight, emotional release, & interconnection. Yet without intentional integration, their messages may remain incoherent or create distortion. Whether from medicine work, energetic phenomena, or other profound experiences, this offer focuses on bringing the wisdom to light. Grounded in trauma-informed care and harm reduction, your safety & stability are the most important aspects of weaving the experience into daily life.

End of Life Care
I have been in caregiver roles throughout my time as a social service worker, as well as in my friendships, relationships, and family. At the time of creating this website, I have walked alongside my aging parents as caregiver for almost 2 years during this sacred time in their lives. Aside from that, I have extensive experience with supporting grieving individuals & families during these significant transitions. I am a steward of mental and spiritual care, supported by a lifetime of intentional devotion to body, mind, & spirit. I not only provide compassionate bedside care to individuals & family members preparing for end-of-life, I also provide assistance navigating medical needs, hospice care, insurance concerns, legal documentation (including securing assets/estate planning). End-of-life care offers both practical
